I normally won’t post this much in one week, for now anyway. But today while I was on Reddit I came across a post about this guy named Ronnie. He is a 700 pound man who loves listening to Taylor Swift and enjoys the phrase “Yeah Buddy”. Well roughly three years ago he began exercising every day after a doctor told him bluntly that he was going to die. You see he spent most of his time getting high and drunk and eating whatever he wanted, which given his size and the fact that he liked to get high I can only assume was things like hot pockets, pizza rolls, candy and soda.
Anyway the post was about how some guy, I’m assuming a friend of his is trying to get Taylor Swift to make her concert on June 3rd special for Ronnie considering the massive undertaking he has gone through these past few years.
This is really just one of those things that go to show you how powerful the human spirit can be. I mean can you even imagine weighing g a quarter of a ton. Here was a man who wasn’t even able to walk or even sit comfortably on beds and chairs. He now exercises every single day, something that most of wont do because we don’t want to put in the effort. It takes too long or it’s just easier to eat less food or some other excuse. Kind of puts all your petty little complaint’s into perspective doesn’t it.
